Residensi Wilayah (RUMAWIP) 2026 — Projects, Prices & How to Apply
Residensi Wilayah (RUMAWIP) serves eligible Malaysian buyers with a birth, residence or work link to the Federal Territories.
Where RUMAWIP projects are located
RUMAWIP projects are built across the Federal Territories, with the largest concentration in Kuala Lumpur and further developments in Putrajaya and Labuan. Individual projects differ in unit size, layout, tenure and completion stage, so it is worth comparing several before you register. The listings on this page group every Residensi Wilayah RUMAWIP project we track, with location, indicative pricing and current status shown side by side.
How to apply for RUMAWIP
Applications are made through the official programme channel rather than through developers or agents. In practice the process runs in stages: register your details and confirm you meet the income and residency conditions, choose the project you want to be considered for, submit your supporting documents, and wait for the ballot or screening result. Successful applicants receive an offer for a specific unit, then proceed to loan approval and signing of the Sale and Purchase Agreement.
What to confirm before you apply
Income ceilings, residency rules and the one-unit-per-applicant condition are set by the programme and can change between application rounds. Before committing, confirm the current criteria, the moratorium attached to the unit, and the maintenance and sinking fund charges for your chosen project with the relevant authority or the appointed developer. MyRUMAWIP is an independent directory and is not a government agency, so treat everything here as a starting point for your own checks.
