Rumah SelangorKu 2026 โ Projects, Prices & Eligibility Guide
Rumah Selangorku is the Selangor state programme, with price bands matched to household income.
Where Rumah SelangorKu projects are located
Projects are spread across Selangor, from the Klang Valley fringe out to district centres. Because prices are capped by band rather than set by the developer, two projects in different districts can carry similar pricing while differing sharply in unit size, finishes and connectivity. Comparing the listings side by side is the quickest way to see which combination of band and location fits your budget.
How to apply for Rumah SelangorKu
Registration is handled through the state housing channel. Applicants create a profile, confirm their income band, and select the projects they want to be considered for. Shortlisted applicants are screened against the published criteria before an offer is issued for a specific unit, after which financing and the Sale and Purchase Agreement follow the normal process.
What to confirm before you apply
Income ceilings, the price band attached to each unit type, and any resale moratorium are set by the state and reviewed periodically. Confirm the current figures, the ownership restrictions and the monthly maintenance charge for your chosen project with the relevant state authority or the appointed developer before you commit. The details shown here are collected for comparison and are not an official source.
