We do not sell your information. We may share what you sent with a project sales team or appointed developer if that is required to answer your question. We do not submit applications to government portals on your behalf unless you explicitly ask us to help you prepare documents.

WhatsApp messages are subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy. Do not send copies of identity cards, bank statements, or other sensitive documents until we ask for a specific item through a secure channel.

To request deletion of an enquiry you sent us, message the same WhatsApp number and ask for your details to be removed.

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how visitors use this site and how many people start a WhatsApp chat with us. These services set cookies and receive technical data such as your IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you visited. They do not receive what you type into the enquiry form or your WhatsApp message. You can block these cookies in your browser settings.
