Each scheme has its own income ceiling, location rule, and resale lock-in. Use this page to shortlist the programmes you can realistically enter, then confirm the current figures with the official authority.
Gross household income: Type A up to RM3,500, B RM7,000, C RM10,000, D/E/E Khas RM14,500
LPHS standard table: RM42,000–RM250,000; approved project prices may differ

Is MyRUMAWIP a government website?
No. MyRUMAWIP is an independent directory. Applications are submitted on the official Residensi Wilayah, LPHS/SEPOHON, PPAM, or other authority portals — not here.
Are RUMAWIP and Residensi Wilayah the same thing?
Yes. Residensi Wilayah is the official name; RUMAWIP is the name most buyers still search for. This site uses both.
Can a single applicant apply?
Yes, singles can apply for RUMAWIP, Rumah Selangorku, Residensi MADANI, and PPAM if they meet that scheme’s income and other rules. Confirm the current ceiling before you register.
What if I already own a house in another state?
Rumah Selangorku and Residensi MADANI generally require first-time homeownership. RUMAWIP may still be possible if you do not own residential property in the Federal Territories. Always confirm with the authority.
Check before you fill in forms
A ten-minute eligibility check is cheaper than a weekend on the wrong portal. MyRUMAWIP is independent and does not issue offers.
