Kuala Lumpur

Most capped-price projects in Kuala Lumpur sit under Residensi Wilayah (RUMAWIP), with PPAM on selected sites. Buyers who live or work in the Federal Territories compare layouts, rail access, and the current income ceiling before registering on the official portal. Putrajaya's Residensi MADANI projects have their own page.

Selangor

Rumah Selangorku is the state programme for people who were born, live, or work in Selangor. Prices are banded by income, so two projects can look similar on price and very different on size, tenure, and rail access.
