Residensi Madani 2026 — Projects, Prices & Application Guide
Residensi MADANI is an affordable-housing programme for eligible first-home buyers in the Federal Territories.
Where Residensi Madani projects are located
Developments are planned within the Federal Territories, and Residensi Madani Putrajaya is among the locations drawing the most interest from applicants working in the administrative centre. Projects differ in unit size, tenure and completion stage, so comparing them against one another, and against the other federal schemes, gives a clearer picture of what your household income qualifies for.
How to apply for Residensi Madani
Applications go through the official programme channel. You register your household details, confirm the income ceiling is met, select the project you want to be considered for, and submit supporting documents. Applicants who pass screening receive an offer for a specific unit and then proceed to loan approval and signing of the Sale and Purchase Agreement.
What to confirm before you apply
The RM8,000 ceiling applies to single and household applicants alike, which makes it stricter than several other schemes and is worth checking carefully before you register. Confirm the current criteria, the first-time-buyer condition and any resale moratorium with the relevant authority, along with the maintenance and sinking fund charges for the project you are considering.
